Niagara College produces award winning VQA wines which are crafted by our professional winemaker Terence Van Rooyen with student involvement. These wines can be purchased at various fine dining establishments in Ontario or they can be purchased through the Campus Wine Store, at various LCBO/Vintages or through our home delivery service Winery To Home.
Wine Description: Our 2008 Riesling offers aromas of lemon and lime on the nose, followed by flavours of green apple and citrus fruit on the palate. This is a nicely balanced wine offering crisp acidity, and a lovely finish.
Suggested Food Accompaniments: Pair with pork souvlaki, whitefish and sushi.
